Laura Vandergrift is a noted tour director and personality from the Sedona area who uses her extensive knowledge of Arizona and the Southwest to let guests fully experience the magnificent sunsets, dramatic red rock formations, verdant green vineyards, unique artists’ studios, and historic rural and mining towns. Laura honed her considerable skills as a former Interpretive Park Ranger at Montezuma Castle National Monument and as a teacher for an international tour directing school. She has a rare ability to bring the stories and legends of Arizona to life in a way never before imagined.

DAY TRIP DETAILS:
● Highlights: Join AAA and Laura Vandergrift from Sedona Wine Country Tours for a wonderful day visiting local wineries and learning about the blossoming industry in the Sedona and Verde Valley areas. Get insider information on the wine-making craft and wine-tasting techniques when you visit four local wineries and tour one of the vineyards. A very sweet day, indeed.
Vineyards may include (subject to change): Alcantara Vineyards, Oak Creek Vineyards, Page Springs Cellars, and Javalina Leap.
● Schedule
9:00 a.m.: depart AAA Paradise Valley office - please arrive by 8:45 a.m. for tour check in.
11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.: Touring vineyards
12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.: Lunch (box lunch at a vineyard included in tour price)
1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.: Touring vineyards
4:00 p.m.: depart Sedona area
6:00 PM: Arrive Paradise Valley office
Note: times are approximate except for departure time - please arrive 15 minutes early.
Tour involves sitting in a tour van for up to two hours at a time; some walking and stair climbing. Must be able to get on and off van on your own or with assistance; van is not equipped for wheelchair access.
Price: $189 per person
