Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill, founded in Phoenix in 1997, specializes in Sonoran/Mexican cuisine featuring made-to-order big-burritos, tacos, fajitas, and other Mexican favorites. Additionally, Kokopelli serves menu items found in full service Mexican restaurants such as Grilled Mahi-Mahi with Mango Salsa, Grilled Citrus Chicken, Sonoran Garlic Steak, beer, wine and frozen margaritas.
