Disney Food and Wine Festival
Ever dreamed of going gourmand with Goofy, tippling
with Tinkerbell or sampling a bit of brie with
those famous paramours, Mickey and Minnie?
Disney’s
California Food & Wine Festival
proves it really is a small world after all by
bringing together a diverse portfolio of tastes
and cultures throughout May and into June. The
six-week festival celebrates flavors of the world
in 2009, featuring Festival Wine Walks — where
guests can purchase a tasting passport — and
World Celebration Dinners.
There will also be
opportunities to hobnob with celebrity cooking personalities
including Guy Fieri (“Guy’s Big Bite”), Keegan Geerhard
(“Food Network Challenge”), Tommy Lasorda (Lasorda
Wines), and John and Nancy Lasseter (Lasseter Family
Winery). Through June 7, the daily festival itinerary
includes complimentary demos and ticketed events
at California Adventure Park and throughout the
resort.
