AAA isn’t an ordinary company. It’s an organization with a 100-plus-year legacy of providing members with outstanding service and value. It’s an organization I am proud to be serving now as CEO and one in which I hope you are very proud to be a member.
On behalf of the entire organization, I want to thank Jim McDowell for his leadership over the past 12 years as CEO of AAA Arizona. During his tenure, AAA Arizona has made great strides in the growth of our membership, branch offices, road service fleet, and our member services.

As I accept the baton for this tradition of excellence, I do so with humility and a sense of excitement. What’s exciting is how many opportunities we see – perhaps now more than ever – to create even greater value for our members. Just a few examples include:

Best-in-class insurance. AAA continues to rapidly grow our insurance offerings by providing members with better coverage and claims service at incredibly competitive rates. Our commitment to member service is why an independent survey just ranked AAA among the state’s top three best insurers in ease of handling claims. If you haven’t already, I urge you to  speak with one of our many insurance professionals to see how we can help with your home, auto, life, health or medical insurance needs.

More AAA Auto Repair facilities. We’ve heard you ask and we’re listening. We will be adding new AAA-owned and operated auto repair facilities in Arizona to meet your needs. Stay tuned for news on new locations near you. If there’s not one near you, our Approved Auto Repair network has facilities located throughout the state and many of them participate in our member-discount program. Please look them up!

Roadside assistance that’s much more than towing. We are constantly improving service to get you back on the road faster. We continue to add more light maintenance vehicles, mobile battery vans and now mobile glass-replacement service. We’re now getting nearly 60 percent of you back on the road immediately! Our goal is to be there with the right solution when you need us most. This commitment is why AAA has maintained its reputation as the leader in road service since 1902.
