Family-Friendly Vehicles

For the sixth year, AAA and Parents magazine have compiled a list of the best cars for families. The two combined their expertise and test drove hundreds of vehicles, considering everything from airbags and fuel economy to cup holders and cargo space. The reviewers also installed a variety of child safety seats in each car to ensure correct and efficient installation. The AAA/Parents picks are also among the top performers in crash tests conducted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.
