Go Green, Go HOV

Have an alternative-fuel vehicle? Stay out of the carpool lane. That’s the latest ruling from the state. But if you own a Honda Insight, Civic Hybrid or Toyota Prius, feel free to cruise the HOV lane as you wish, but only after you get new plates and special permits. Add that to your list of reasons to go green.
