When AAA was founded in 1902, our
purpose was to provide specialized service to our
members, covering all phases of vehicle ownership
and operation. Back then, we offered many of the
benefits that are still part of your membership today:
emergency road service, travel services, insurance,
member rates at AAA-approved properties, among others.
As years passed, your needs evolved.
So, we opened more locations
across the state, added services
like 100 miles of towing with AAA Plus and specialty
towing with AAA Plus RV. Our product offerings
expanded to include financial services, more categories
of insurance coverage, exclusive member discounts
through our Show Your Card & Save program and
a virtual store at AAA.com.
Now, in our 105th year of service
to you, we’re
innovating once again. In response to your requests,
we’re proud to introduce the latest tier
of membership — AAA Premier. Think of
it as the white-glove level of AAA membership.
AAA Premier features enhancements to some of your
current benefits (five emergency road service calls
per year instead of four, one 200-mile tow per
year, a free day of rental car service from Hertz
when your car breaks down), as well as some new
services that extend beyond the roadside.
For example, did you know that
Arizona ranks first in the nation
for instances of identity theft?
With AAA Premier, you can rest a little easier
knowing that you’re enrolled in a credit
monitoring service and are covered by identity
theft insurance.
Premier provides an added level
of convenience and comfort to your
vacations as well. If there’s
any one thing that our members have in common,
it’s that they like to travel. When you’re
more than 100 miles from home and want tickets
to an event, need a dining recommendation or are
looking for the nearest golf course, Premier’s
concierge service can offer reliable suggestions
and make all of the arrangements for you.
I could go on about the many elite
benefits of Premier membership — such as the home lockout
service, the dedicated service number — but
the most important thing to know is that AAA Arizona
is committed to adapting to your needs and providing
the highest level of service and comfort to you,
our members, both on the road and close to home.
