AAA Top Shop Helps an American Hero
“NASCAR Angels” is a television show about helping
deserving people with car repair. Some of NASCAR's
top drivers and the industry’s best repair shops
put their skills to work by fixing vehicles for some
very special people.
A recent example is the Valley’s own Sgt. Keith Brown.
Sgt. Brown is in charge of maintaining millions of
dollars worth of Air Force vehicles, and he’s managed
the deployment of 147 armed convoy missions into
Iraq. But Sgt. Brown’s personal car was a huge mess.
So “NASCAR Angels” and AAA Approved Auto Repair facility
Airpark Auto Service stepped in. Nadine Grobmeier,
the facility’s owner, and her talented technicians
helped repair a vehicle for Sgt. Brown and his family.
It was unveiled at Luke Air Force Base, and his family
has been enjoying it since.
“This was an amazing opportunity for all of us at
Airpark Auto Service,” said Grobmeier. “I was quite
honored to have been nominated and asked to participate,
and thrilled to have had this experience for Airpark
Auto Service and all involved.”
