Job Title:	Insurance Sales Agent

Location:	3144 N. 7th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85013
Responsibilities:	AAA Arizona is seeking aggressive sales leaders to join our Insurance phone center. This is an excellent opportunity for licensed P&C agents. We provide qualified contacts through our member base, an excellent support staff and competitive products. The Insurance Sales Agent is responsible for providing quotes and writing all types of personal lines of insurance including, but not limited to automobile, homeowner, life and health in a high volume in-bound insurance call center. They will solicit, sell and process AAA memberships as needed for Insurance requirements.
Requirements:	At least six months’ experience in a fast-paced, multi-task work environment selling P&C lines of business. Must have a valid Arizona P&C license. Must be able to demonstrate successful sales and strong customer service skills to include telephone prospecting and follow up Computer literate in insurance software applications. Must be able to demonstrate successful negotiation and problem-solving skills High School diploma or equivalent.
Work Schedule:	M-F 8am-5pm, Rotating Saturdays 9am - 1pm (usually 1 Saturday a month)
