Responsibilities: |
The primary function of the Fleet Lead Driver is to assist other drivers with proper towing and service procedures to ensure members receive the best service possible. The Fleet Lead Driver will be responsible for assisting Fleet Supervisor in keeping vehicles equipped and maintained. The Fleet Lead Driver will also assist motorists with their disabled vehicle (towing, tire changes, jumpstarts, lockouts, fuel deliveries, and winching) in a professional, courteous and expedient manner and to ensure all members are totally satisfied. |
Requirements: |
Previous driving and/or towing experience and current MVR report required. Must have general mechanical knowledge. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Must be at least 24 years of age, have a valid Arizona driver’s license and a good driving record. Familiarity with the Phoenix Valley. Ability to work overtime if needed.
