The Life & Health Insurance Specialist will solicit and sell Life and Health products under minimal supervision. They will learn product features, marketing and sales techniques necessary to perform the job duties. The Life & Health Insurance Specialist will acquire and maintain Life and Health licenses required to sell products. 

The Life & Health Insurance Specialist will quote and write all types of personal lines insurance including, but not limited to life, health, automobile and homeowner. They will develop leads and prospects, determine needs for coverage, prepare proposals, and conduct closing interviews for Life and Health Insurance sales.  The Life & Health Insurance Specialist will follow internal processing procedures to assure that transactions are handled in accordance with company policies and practices and will also be responsible for soliciting and selling P & C products.

• Agent will be required to meet or exceed minimum sales goals for insurance and membership as set by Management.   
• Valid Arizona Life and Health License is required.
• Agent will be required to obtain a P & C license with in the first six months of employment or as determined by management.
• High School Diploma or general education degree; at least 1 year of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and various insurance software applications.
• Must have the proven ability to work independently and interdependently as part of a team environment.
