Job Title:	Member Relations Supervisor
Division/Department:	Member Relations
Reports to:	Membership Operations Manager
Location:	3144 N. 7th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85013
Responsibilities:	Provide leadership to frontline Member Relations staff to achieve department and Club goals. Ensure that the timeliness and quality of all member interactions is consistent with Department standards. Work with other departments to ensure both collection of member comments/complaints, as well as timely, high quality response and resolutions.
Requirements:	At least three years experience managing frontline customer service agents serving customers via phone and email in a high-volume environment. Proficient in Excel and Word, CTS knowledge a plus, strong coaching skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Able to deliver results in a complex service environment with multiple priorities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or analogous field, or equivalent experience.
Work Schedule:	M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
