Job Title:	Service Manager
Division/Department:	Automotive Services
Reports to:	Auto Repair Business Manager
Location:	4126 E. Valley Auto Dr., Mesa, AZ 85206
Responsibilities:	The Service Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the club-owned repair center. They will either personally or through delegation perform the following tasks: scheduling of employees, dispatch of repair work, generation of sales and leads through outbound calls to prior customers, and all other tasks related to the successful operation of the repair business. Ultimately, the Service Manager is responsible to deliver the budgeted revenue for the department. The Service Manager will run and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports, write employee work schedules, review and file daily repair orders and invoices, review and file daily parts invoices. The Service Manager will proactively communicate with staff on a regular basis, address performance issues and conflicts, recognize and reward accomplishments, and implement and maintain service standards. The Service Manager will handle all elevated customer complaints to full resolution.
Requirements:	We are looking for professional candidates with... At east 5 years experience in an auto repair facility either as a technician, service advisor, or manager; or any combination of these. High School Diploma or equivilant ASE certification C1 Working knowledge of all automotive systems, sales methods, maintenance schedules, and industry trends. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
