Job Title:	Senior Financial Analyst
Division/Department:	Finance
Reports to:	Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Locations:	3144 N. 7th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85013
Responsibilities:	The Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting and working with business line and departmental management in development and tracking of financial forecasts, plans, budgets, results analysis, business drivers and ad hoc analysis. The Sr. Financial Analyst provides solutions, recommendations, strategies, and actions to management. They drive improvements in management reporting to improve insight into operational results, risks, and opportunities. The Sr. Financial Analyst will support/develop Business Intelligence (BI) systems.
Requirements:	Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance 4 years experience in finance, accounting or similar area in a mid to large size company Proficient in the use and development of financial models or other financial software. Must be able to demonstrate excellent analytical skills to effectively identify problems and help develop solutions Must have a solid understanding of business strategy and business process and be able to identify key drivers of operational/financial results Familiarity in database and report writing software. Must have working experience in Business Intelligence systems and accounting/reporting systems Advanced Excel skills; Intermediate MS Word and PowerPoint Must have the ability to demonstrate success in managing multiple projects concurrently Strong mathematical skills and adaptability to technology solutions. Must possess strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and influence all levels of management. Must have the ability to communicate with all levels throughout the organization
Work Schedule:	M-F 8 am - 5 pm
