Job Title:	Senior Telecommunications Analyst
Division/Department:	Information Services
Reports to:	Information Services Manager
Location:	3144 N. 7th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85013
Responsibilities:	The Senior Telecommunications Analyst will support all telecommunications activities including cabling infrastructure, maintenance, installation, configuration, and programming of VOIP Systems, phones, recording devices and call center operations in support of Club activities and direction. They will be the project lead for any outsourced activities. The Senior Telecommunications Analyst analyzes and evaluates present and proposed telecom functions and works with vendors and internal resources to ensure that club requirements are addressed. This includes implementation and project management reporting when required. They will develop procedures for use by the Help Desk in order to perform day to day support for the use community. They work with IS Manager on budgets and supporting the business lines in determining telecom requirements.
Requirements:	At least 3 years experience related to voice, data and call center operations working in a VOIP Avaya environment as well as a 2 year degree from an accredited college are required. Must have working knowledge of networking, cable infrastructures, MPLS, and high capacity telecom circuits. Must have experience in call center operations and call recording in digital and IP environments. Must have the ability to understand and evaluate major carrier telephone invoices. Must have excellent written communication skills in order to write user documentation as well as requests for information from telecom vendors.
Work Schedule:	M-F 8am-5pm
