Responsibilities:	AAA Arizona is looking for an experience Automotive Service Advisor to be the Center’s first line customer relations’ representative. The Service Advisor will receive customers’ vehicles in for repair, write the repair orders, dispatch the job to the technician, provide estimates, and sell additional repairs as needed. They will provide excellent customer service. They will handle minor customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner. They will answer incoming calls to schedule service appointments and make outbound calls to prior customer as assigned by management.
Requirements:	We are looking for professional candidates with... At least 6 months’ experience as a service advisor in an automotive industry or related customer service experience with extensive automotive knowledge.  High School diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service and sales skills.  Experience in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn additional computer programs quickly and efficiently.
Work Schedule:	Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm and one Saturday per month 8:30am - 5:00pm
