Responsibilities:
|
Position serves as primary contact to service members in a fast-paced, multi-tasked store environment involving sales and customer service with face-to-face client interaction. Provides information, sales and service connected with domestic and international travel. Cross-sells and up sells memberships and various travel-related products.

Requirements:
|
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience selling Leisure travel packages. Candidates with less than 2 years of experience will not be considered.
Proven sales and strong customer service skills to include telephone prospecting and follow up. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years sales experience in travel. Prior sales of cruises and international tours, group travel and leisure FIT travel planning required. Knowledge of destinations and vendor products a must. The goal-oriented professional we seek must be an effective communicator with data entry skills. Working knowledge of Windows-based computer applications and industry CRS (Apollo preferred).
Corporate travel sales experience will be considered but leisure travel sales experience will be given first consideration.
