ACA Holdings, (Auto Club Affiliates) is a group of AAA affiliates working with each other in close partnership.
Our Senior Manager of Customer Analytics will work closely with AAA Arizona and the ACA partner clubs to coordinate the integrated design, production and application of market/marketing analyses, metrics, and reporting projects. Our Senior Manager will oversee development and evolution of predictive response and segmentation models and will ensure alignment between ACA club long-term business strategy and the department's tools, capabilities and resources. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with multiple internal clients to understand and meet their needs and be able to communicate the results for maximum impact.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Profiles and Segmentation - manage development of integrated member and product profiles to highlight similarities/differences in purchase behavior and track impact of marketing/sales activities. Coordinate collection of member and product data from partner clubs and delivery of reports or targeting data back into individual club systems. Determine sales opportunity and penetration rate models for membership and product sales.
Custom Data Analysis - design, manage, and/or perform all phases of analysis projects including specifications design with the client, finding the proper data and checking it for accuracy, programming the data gathering and manipulation, applying the analysis method, then producing the final report or presentation.
Ad-hoc Report Generation - design and/or develop ad-hoc reports and analysis to assist business decision-making. Make recommendations based on data presented.
Predictive Modeling - develop predictive models to support Marketing in decision-making. Includes hypothesis testing, statistical modeling, opportunity assessment and profile development. Analyze and formulate findings, provide recommendations.
Will supervise a team of Database Marketing Analysts and Senior Database Marketing Analysts.
