Outside Insurance Sales Agent - Lake Havasu

We are seeking an insurance sales agent for the Lake Havasu City market who will quote and write all types of personal and commercial insurance lines including, but not limited to, auto, homeowners, life, health, business owners' and worker's compensation.  Our agent will prospect within the community to develop new insurance business and create brand presence. 

Responsibilities will include: 

• Prospecting from membership lists, monoline accounts, transfers and any other resources made available.
• Providing ongoing customer service to insurance clients.
• Maintain records, logs and files according to department and Club guidelines.
• Demonstrate thorough and competent skills in both industry and Club computerized systems. 

Compensation plan includes base salary and earned commissions.

• Valid Arizona Property & Casualty insurance license (will be required to obtain a Life & Health license within first six months of employment or as determined by management).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of six months' experience selling personal and commercial lines insurance products in a fast-paced, multi-task work environment.
• Computer literate in Microsoft products and working knowledge of insurance software applications.
• Excellent written, interpersonal, communication and telephone skills required.
• Proven sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and interdependently as part of a team environment.
