Physical Requirements: This tour requires
that all participants be able to get on/off the
motor coach multiple times unassisted, climb
stairs (up to 30 but at a leisurely pace), and
be on your feet walking for extended periods
of time (at least 20 minutes). Due to tour seating
at the parade, we are unable to accommodate travelers
using wheelchairs or walkers. Participants must
be in a healthy condition as this tour is packed
with activities.
Limitations and Restrictions: Prices
are per person, based on single, double, triple,
or quad occupancy as listed, are subject to availability
at time of booking, and may change without notice. Your travel arrangements may be modified or cancelled
subject to the travel providers’ policies. Additional
conditions and restrictions may apply. We make

Cancellation Penalties:
No cancellation fee if you cancel 1- 13 days after making deposit and before Oct. 2, 2011.
Cancel 14 days after making deposit and prior to Oct. 2, 2011: $50 cancellation fee per booking
Cancel Oct. 2, 2011 – Nov. 10, 2011: $250

Cancel Nov. 11, 2011 – Dec. 1, 2011:
50% cancellation penalty per person

Day 1: Thursday, December 29, 2011
This morning is an early one. You will meet
your AAA Travel Host and Tour Director, board
a deluxe air-conditioned motor coach, and depart
for the “City of Angels”. On the way, we’ll
stop for lunch in Blythe (on your own). After
lunch, settle back and enjoy the scenery, watch
an onboard movie, or catch up on some well-deserved
rest and relaxation. Before you know it, we’ll
arrive at our destination where you'll enjoy a private welcome reception with sandwiches and snacks.

Day 2: Friday, December 30, 2011
Begin your day with a buffet breakfast at the
hotel. Then we spend the day at the J. Paul Getty Villa Museum in Malibu and the Getty Center in Los Angeles - educational centers and museums dedicated to the study of the arts and cultures, housing approximately 44,000 works of ancient Greece, Rome, and Etruria art. Lunch is available for purchase at the museum. (B)
Day 3: Saturday, December 31, 2011
After a buffet breakfast at the hotel, we’re
off to the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library
for a tour and Lunch. When you arrive back
at the hotel, change into your dancing shoes
- tonight is the AAA Arizona New Year’s Eve
Party! Enjoy a wonderful meal, dancing, and our champagne toast at midnight - New York Time (!) (B, L, D-party)
Day 4: Sunday, January 1, 2012
Happy New Year! Enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel. Then
we head to Pasadena to visit the float barns,
where volunteers scramble to
finish the last minute details on floats that
have taken a year to build. If we are lucky,
we'll get to see the float judging, where
the floats are in full effect with costumed
personnel and animation. In the afternoon, we'll see the sights of Los Angeles on a city tour. (B)
Day 5: Monday, January 2, 2012
It's Rose Parade Day! Jump out of bed, have breakfast,
and board the motor coach – we’re off to the
123rd Tournament of Roses Parade. We will be
in our grandstand seats in the early morning, so dress warmly in case it's chilly. Following the Parade, you’re
free to make your own fun. You might want to to go to the Granddaddy of all football bowls,
the 98th annual Rose Bowl Game, or
maybe you just want to get back to the hotel
and relax. It’s up to you. (B, L-boxed)
Day 6: Tuesday, January 3, 2012
After breakfast, we bid farewell to California
and return home to the Grand Canyon State, with
a stop for lunch (on your own) along the way
in Blythe. As we say goodbye, we head into a New Year filled with promise and our beautiful
parade memories. (B)
